Jan. 31 Practice book pg. 148 71B, 71B Facts Tues. Feb. 1 Spelling-Word sort 72B, 72B Facts Wed. Feb. 2 Spelling-5x each 73B, 73B Facts Thurs. Feb. 3 Spelling- ABC order 74B, 74B Facts Fri. Feb. 4 75B,75B Facts Spelling and Vocabulary words are taped in the planner. We get a new list every 6 school days…not every Monday. You may have to look back to the previous week to find the words. ELA assessments are given every 6 school days Remember to practice math facts!! Classroom Information

§  Students should record homework assignments each day in their school planners, parents should check and initial

§  We usually have two assignments each night (ELA and Math), however a science lesson may be assigned

§  We review and correct Math side A in class and side B is for homework

§  Students (and parents)should refer to side A for help on side B

 

In addition to the regular homework assignments, students should study basic math facts and reading at least 15-20 minutes each night.

Math tests are given for every group of 5 lessons

Parents should sign and return all tests
